Received replacement refurbished router in a little over a week. Got back online with intermittent drops and lower speeds 6-60 MBS. Was working well last night, got up this morning and no interne. Checked connections and rebooted, still no internet. So refurbished router is good is good for 36 hours? We had pretty good service for about 2 1/2 months, but now it seems that winter has set in Maine, service sucks. Not sure if we should keep creating support tickets or limp along on a cellular hotspot.

me too. the internet was working fine and suddenly stopped. on day 3 now waiting for a response from customer service. the power light is on the modem/router not sure what it's called and all the connections look normal.
After 2.5 months of excellent service my system went down a week ago. I followed every troubleshooting step in the app but it always says the dish and router are disconnected. They have power, the cable from the dish to the router is connected and not damaged. I've tried the reboot process....plug/unplug 6 times rapidly and wait for reboot...NOT. Contact support who sent me a regurgitation of the app process which didn't work. Support is simply ignoring me. No phone, no email, no chat, no way to contact them. Is Starlink having problems with satellites? Is my router bad? Can't ask anyone any questions. Pay all this money for a system only to be left stranded in the middle of nowhere, broke and out of communications....
Hi Brent, Like Roger Reinhardt said in his comment I would also check your cabling and make sure the connection at your dish is solid. If there is any damage or even a knick in your cable the expansion and contraction of any moisture caught in the cable can be enough to mess with your service. Like you said the service has seemed to suck once winter set in. I have personally seen this issue with other Ethernet powered internet systems. If unable to find any damage visible to the eye it still may be wise to get ahold of another cable to test on your Starlink system.
I had a similar problem. Check your cable to the dish mine had a slight cut and once replaced everything was normal.
