I've got a Starlink account and password and the app says that my account is ACTIVE. But when I try to access this internet service the message says that my connection is secure but that there is "No Internet". The antenna never moves when plugged in, never searches for any satellites and cannot be stowed...the STOW button is greyed out.
Starlight customer support is horrible so any help or ideas from folks smarter than me with Starlink will be appreciated.
