I live 75 miles north of San Francisco. The dish automatically aligns at about 25 degree tilt and oriented towards the North. The field of view is clear for 95% of this orientation on top of my roof. However I have a tall redwood tree about 100 feet away from my house. The app says partially obstructed and interruption every 3 minutes. If the tilt could be 20 degrees or less; I would have no problems. Or to point the dish toward the East, South or West. Starlink tech support says the dish orientation is fixed. This does not seem intelligent or flexible to me. Any suggestions? Thanks and best regards.

We’ve seen info online that the dish direction was changed by Starlink to the W-NW, which then pointed it right into a grove of trees and hillside at our location. Now we have constant interruptions in our service when before we had very little. Is there no remedy? We are north of SF.
I have the same situation, live in North Louisiana. I have learned to live with the 3 min interruption. The only other way around the problem is move the dish or cut the tree.
