Hail Damage

We had a hailstorm come through yesterday morning and it put a dent in the dish. Now it will not work and I cannot get anyone to answer the app. Is there ANY other way to get in contact with customer service? The lack of contact info is really troubling. I pay $120 a month for this service and can't contact support?!

So this happened in March and it's now Dec.

Did you get help. I'm considering getting Starlink and these are the things I'm concerned about.

Took them over a week to respond and get me another dish ordered. So, I had to pay $500 for new equipment.

The internet is great, but the dish cannot withstand hail, that's for sure, and there is absolutely zero ways to get in touch with a live person. All you can do is send a message and wait.
