So just ordered a pole bracket only to discover it’s poor design compared to aftermarket products
I go on SL site order summary to cancel this and it does state “not shipped” but per order cancellation instructions there is no option to cancel order
Now maybe it’s already boxed packed and if so I realize that is a reason I can’t cancel
I sent SL two messages on this matter. No reply or response
Will this be typical service from SL on line ?
