Hello,
I bought a Starlink for what I hoped would be the first of many remote stints, but unfortunately, it didn't work where I was at all. I thought I had 30 days to return it, but learned to my great dismay that Starlink only honors that policy if you've purchased from them directly - the store I bought from turned out to have a 15-day policy.
So the bottom line is that I now own an expensive piece of equipment that I have no possibliity of using. No one in my area needs one either, so it won't be easy to sell. I would be happy to give it away to a nonprofit and at least get the tax deduction, but the only thing that comes up is Starlink's official donation program, which is not a nonprofit.
If anyone knows of any schools or organizations in the U.S. that would benefit from a donated Starlink, I'd appreciate the information.
Thank you-
