I’m looking in to Starlink I live in south east of England and was wondering if any one is using this system and it works fine for you? Any information would be helpful
I am not sure what you are used to for internet providers and the average speeds and prices? Out here in central Alberta, Canada it has been quite robust with over a year of use. Minimal down time and averaging 80-100 mbps download and around 10-15 mbps average upload, ping times 20-40ms. In comparison to many other providers (especially rural) it is an excellent option. And now they have opened up the portability option for taking the system camping or the vacation home, etc.
Hello James, welcome to the community! I can’t answer for Starlink systems in the UK myself although I have spoke with a few who are enjoying the system there. The many system we have installed here in North America have so far been excellent, we’ve been replacing ISP’s system that run 3-50Mbps max with Starlink running 100-200Mbps with unlimited data and the clients have been delighted. We’ve been installing system for 16 years and Starlink is certainly something that many people have been waiting a long time for. Giving speeds that are truly high-speed and very consistent when installed properly. It is a bit pricey, but you really do get a great product. Check out some of are blogs in this site to find out more. I hope this helps.
