I am new to starlink and need help. I need to order internet equipment and need to know how many units I need and if I need more than one, why. Thank you.
It all depends on the size of the nursing home and approximately how many people are in the building? Also does everyone need access to the Wi-Fi or is it just employees? I have seen one residential Starlink system run a rural business of about 20 employees with laptops, smart phones, etc. it seemed to keep up fairly well with that (they had hardwires ran throughout the building to different points for dispersing the internet feed). I don’t imagine there will be a whole lot of strain on the system if it’s mostly being used to order supplies for the people staying at the home.
You are absolutely right. It’s just for employees to use. Thank you for information. I’ll share this info with the nursing home in Ukraine. Meanwhile we are going to order one and starlink should deliver it there.
I am with none profit organization and trying to find out how to donate starlink to Ukraine nursing home. There is war in Ukraine and they have no internet connection to order supplies for older people there. I need to know how many pieces of the equipment they need

Hi Aleks, Are you wondering about how many Starlink kits to order? Are you trying to connect service for one residence?
