after inputting all info for placing an order and clicking the place order button it comes back saying there is a problem on their end and try again later. this has been going on for 2 weeks. anyone know whats up ?
Tried multiple times through Firefox and Chrome on the laptop and via the app on my Android phone to purchase Starlink - starting to wonder whether its actually worth purchasing an internet package from a company who can't even get there basic website right.Considering I can't even submit an order with you I don't have any order details that I can provide.
Me too tried around 30 times but always saying invalid address even tried my work places which are hospitals well known internationally but still no success... I give up
I'm trying to order Starlink and am having ZERO success. I've tried on the website. I've cleared cookies. I've tried different browsers. I signed up for Apple Pay. I've checked with my bank on why something might be declined. I tried signing up through the app on my phone. Nothing. I get told it's either a problem on Starlink's end and try again later, or the payment wasn't accepted and to try another method (which I have - multiple methods).
I'm having a hard time believing it's THIS hard to give someone $700! 😂 Any suggestions? I can't find any sort of sales person or customer service number to call or text a person for help so... HELP please!
So it was something to do with the desk top browser! Good to know, we are starting to hear a lot more about people having a hard time signing up. I'll make a note of this and share with others. Thank you for your help!
hello Ronnie, welcome to the community! This is the first I have heard about this, the typical problem we here about is loading your location and Starlink rejecting it. Do you have a screen shot of what it is saying exactly? I'm very curious about this one. And just to double check you are filling this out on Starlink.com?
I am having the same problem! It is either an issuer error or problem at our end error. I have tried my laptop, the phone app, different browsers, different cards. I have tried for days. I recieved my kit today but cannot use it because i don't have an account. I ordered through home depot not through the starlink site. It has been very frustrating!
