Does anybody have there Starlink roaming activated? I've been seeing reports that an update went through and turned Roaming on to True for some systems. This can be found in the Debug Data advanced support on the app or browser 192.168.100.1. This is suppose to mean your dish is now mobile! I keep checking our Gen 1 but it keeps saying false.

We travel with our Dishy and don't have any problems. We don't change the service address we just get to where we are going and fire it up. So far it has worked fine everywhere including Canada. If parked long term then I think a change of service address may be needed. Good luck and safe travels.
We took ours to the Big Bend area of Texas. Good thing because there was zero cell signal. Thank goodness for wifi calling! We had just gotten our dish and have not completed the installation at home. We just used the mount sent with the unit and everything went excellent.
Only problem I had was removing the "portability" option when we got back. The Starlink site was updated and I could not find the option to pause portability. Multiple texts to customer service before they finally removed the option.
This is one of the things I have been excited about, but taking your dishy with you seems impractical?
Hopefully someone will have the answers!
I'm not sure how many will actually be trying to take Dishy with them camping this year? I unfortunately won't be, at least with changing the service address as the area I'm in is all filled up, so I'm worried that i won't be able to hook up back at homer once I return. I sure wish I knew how some have gotten there mobile services activated,
