Utilizing The Starlink App

Hello Just got my RV dish. I downloaded the App and positioned w/o obstruction. then after using connect to WiFi the message says Unable to join network "STARLINK", which is not name of my network? Help

I am new to STARLINK. There is no RANGE feature on my screen. A friend recently showed me his app and the feature was there. Did STARLINK remove it from the most recent app? Here’s a screen of my app page where according to several videos the RANGE feature should be above STATISTICS.

Tried to sign back into the app and received the message "Invalid Credentials". How do I overcome this? I am beyond frustrated!

I can run the initial speed test just fine, but when I try to run the advanced speed test, all I get is a 'Router couldn't complete request' message.

Using the Starlink Apps Range function, why is the color orange in front of the Router but turns to green in front of the Mesh Node 45 ft away in line of sight. Seems like the Router is not working at full strength. Is this possible ?
