Starlink Support FINALLY got back to me on my problem request - after an entire week and after closing my ticket without even posting a reply to me. So I had to reopen it and ask why I hadn't received an answer. They got back to me in a couple of hours. Really NOT happy with the lack of support they provide.
Anyway Rick, all I had to do was delete the app and reinstall it. It works just fine now. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. duh...🤤
