I've got a question about portability. I'm a new subscriber and am enjoying my Starlink. I added portability from my Starlink home page. I was planning a week + vacation in the Big Bend area of Texas and knew both cell service and wifi was spotty at best. The dish worked fantastic out there. I was allowed to make wifi phone calls since I didn't even have one bar of service. REally was good for my trip.
When I got back home, I wanted to pause portability. No need to spend the $25 per month. I could not find it on my Starlink site. There was an update by Starlink during this time. I had to contact Starlink customer support. After several tries of being told to remove it the same way I added it, they finally removed it for me.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know where to look for portability in the "my Account" area?
