Good afternoon from Ukraine! There was a huge problem with which I can not cope for weeks. I bought two Starlinks from Slovakia through relatives (it's faster than waiting for delivery directly to Ukraine. It doesn't matter). All orders were made by a relative and she is not very versed in technology. In general, the essence of the problem:
There are two starlinks.
1) It works well, I actively use it, I have full access to my account
2) SMS did not come to the mail, there is no account number. I can't restore access through "forgot password". A letter does not come to the alleged mail, and SMS does not come to the phone number either. I wrote to technical support - they said that restore through alternative recovery, but it requires an account number that I don't have!.
What should I do?
Maybe on 192.168.100.1 there will be at least a piece of information in the code, or at least the mail that was specified?
Please, help! For me, this is big money.
Thank you!
