I just installed my starlink and after 24 hours my bell dial up is not much different. Has anyone had speeds under 15 Mbps? I have contacted support and no response? I was invoiced for first month before i even got my kit. Any help would be much appreciatted.

Live in Asheville nc, have same problem
Well if I'm ever near Kingston(I'm originally from London) I'll take you up on the beer offer:) But for now just make sure to tell other Starlink users about our site and subscribe to are YouTube channel, much appreciated Dave😎
ok that will tell me how to do it in support also if i need a router do you know how i can get that done. support has not replied to me in 36 hrs
Ok, well you've done the reboots, did the firmware versions look any different? You can run some more speed tests now.
It is hard to tell, but just above if you scroll you will see the router and Starlink uptime, they should be reset back to zero.
ok so reboot wi fi then reboot starlink from the app i took a screen shot
As far as the difference in the green and blue speed-test, this is usually caused by router placement....check you devices WIFI strength in the app, walk around with your phone and find out where the dead/weak spots are in the app.
You can see here my device is on the 2.4Ghz network which runs at 1/3 the speed of 5Ghz and also that my signal strength is good at 80%...
So visibility is good, speeds are low at 49Mbps, the system has been installed in the past 24hrs, the app has been updated, the next step I would say is to check if the Dishy and router are on the latest updates....
We have seen slower speeds below 50mbps, it usually doesn't last for 24hrs...that being said I spent almost a whole Sunday with only 10Mpbs, Where are you located Dave?
Ok, so you have 49Mbbs true speed to house....that is low still. Did you find any interference in the field of view test?
Ok, it sounds like everything needs to be updated...I had a unit that took a few times of trying to get it updated, Your app sounds like it was the old(few months ago) version the latest release is 2.0.25...can you check this under support and then swipe all the way to the bottom and select advanced...what version is yours?
sorry before I rebooted the visibility screen said it was good now after a reboot it says its collecting data
Hello Dave, sorry to hear about the rough start with Starlink. Can I ask a couple questions first to help figure this out, You said it has been 24hr and your getting speeds under 15Mbps Download...i assume your using the speed tests that are built into the app, if so what is the green circle speed and the blue circle speed numbers? How many devices do you have on the network? I'm presuming as well that your using the Starlink router. Have you checked your field of view in the app? Is there anything blocking or encroaching into your service area?
