Hi everyone - first post
I have a prob: I am unable to remove the cable that's attached to the disk - for some reason it's stuck in the sleeve. I also think it's a bad connection at this point (not quite flush) hence no internet.
I've tried pushing it in further and then trying to get it out - nothing works (eg like pressing your thumb on it and trying to slide it out). I've even tried bull nose pliers and eventually wrapped the cable around my arm and tried yanking it!
I've submitted a ticket with Starlink support via the app, but nothing from them in 48 hours (is that normal)
So if anyone can help with this, very much appreciated - I don't mind damaging the cable, if only to remove it, and then buying a new one
Here's a pic:

I have the same issue. I cannot for the life of me get the cable out of the dish. This is the second dish with the same issue. Starlink sent me a new one when I raised a support ticket without any questions. No 2 turns up and suprise! I can't unplug the cable. Super frustrating and clearly crap design. I realise these things have to seal well for weather etc but they also need to be able to unplug so you can run the cable through the wall. Question is have I just been unlucky to have get 2 duds in a row or are others having the same issue?
