Hey everyone, I'm currently 500 or so miles in college from my parents who have starlink in their remote location. I'm trying to figure out a way to help them fix it from here but with them having no support number or live chat, and me not being there it seems nearly impossible. Heres the series of events that happened: 1.) my parents got a new debit card, therefore the one connected to the billing no longer works, and it went 3 days past the billing due date so the internet was shut off. 2.) they discovered this and immediately updated the billing info so it would work. 3.) The starlink app is now telling them the internet it on, however when they try the connection from any of their devices it shows there is a connection, however there is no internet when connected. My parents have submitted several several tickets to starlink for help with absolutely no response for over a week now. I know this isn't much to go on, but I'm trying my best and I appreciate any and all help. Thank you!
Well that’s good! Hopefully it arrives much sooner than the month. See if you can get the app on your phone and logged into your parents account when you get the chance, it will definitely make access a bit easier for you. Here’s hoping you can get it back up and running. Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll try my best to help you out.
Hi Matthew, That’s unfortunate! It certainly can be slow going to get any help from Starlink. Are you logged into their account through the app on your phone? You can remotely access some of the app features and may be able to help them that way. Have they done any resets to the network yet?
