Hello Francois, welcome to the community! I'm assuming you have no internet yet, have you seen the article the "Red Light Of Death" this might help.

Although your problem is a little different, I would definitely be checking your service address. This is were I have seen very similar issues to yours, you'll need to go into your Starlink account and make sure the marker is placed directly over your location.
