Hey, interested gen4. Just wondering how long your system has lasted before having issues no extended warranty available. I’m 70 2yr warranty not long. Pricy if it goes bad couldn’t buy again. How does it do streaming for tv all I want. What parts normally have to be replaced? Thanks in advance. God bless

So I’m interested in ordering this Starl Inc. Internet. However, I’m having a hard time understanding when I get ready to place the order it doesn’t give me the option for which Gen I’m interested in (Gen 4). Which would be the latest one, but it doesn’t give you a choice as to which one they will send.. also doesn’t give me an option for extra wire and I don’t know what will be included in the package. as I’d like to get every thing in one shipping to save a penny or two… God bless you in advance for helping me.😁

Hello Cherie, my Gen 1 system has worked for 3 years plus without needing any repairs or maintenance. It is installed professionally which helps the longevity of the system. However I do know people that have had there system for 1-2 years and have had issues with routers and antennas. I do believe they make a good product but dealing with any warranty work can be challenging as there is no number to phone, it’s all done through the app, but as long as your patient it works. I due recommend using the Starlink system, but if your unable to install the system or lack knowledge in internet set-up, I would highly recommend getting a professional to install, that way you have a second person that can be contacted if your needing help asap.
