I have paid for the equipment and I received an email with track number!the track said is on electronically form and from dhl they told me that starlink hasn’t delivered them the parcel from 16 may!I have open a ticket they responded a couple of times and after that nothing!!the track is still frozen and customer support not answering on my questions!!!

same problem - Starlink says it is shipped, FedEx says only label is created. Starlink ignores trouble ticket.

Hello Panos, welcome to the community! Because there is a 3rd party shipping and the lagging response from Starlink your limited on options. The one thing you can do is double even triple check that your shipping address is correct. One little mistake here could delay your Dishy’s arrival. The other check would be the tracking number, sometimes 0's can be O’s and l’s can be I’s, so I would try every possible combination to see if DHL actually has your shipment. I hope this helps, typically once Starlink sends the confirmation you’ll have the system within a week, so something definitely seems out with your order.
