I want to know who is the owner of account ending: 1836, Because i have his kit in iran and i want to know who is him and get access to account for i run my hardware! im sure he become happy for help us! i want try send email to him if i get his email!

Hello XXX, Thank you for contacting Starlink Support and providing us with that information. We can confirm that the Starlink equipment you currently are trying to activate is associated to another Starlink account ending in 1836. In order to use this equipment, it would require you to reach out to the individual that you had purchased the Starlink kit from and that individual would have to proceed with a transfer of service. We are unable to add/merge other Starlink kits to another account without a "transfer of service". Our Support team has temporarily stopped processing transfer requests . Coming soon, customers will have the ability to initiate a transfer of Starlink hardware directly from the account page. This self-service option is estimated to be available starting in early February. Please check the transfer support topic for updated guidance at that time.
