Hi all, I'm new to the forum. Over the past two days our Starlink internet has not been functioning properly. We have gen 2 mounted to our roof without any obstruction and use the ethernet adapter to connect to an unmanaged switch, which connects to our wireless access points and various plugs around the house. As of two days ago, wifi (both from the Starlink router itself or our WAPs) doesn't work properly for most devices (including iPhone, iPad, android phone, iMac) but seems to work okay to a MacBook Pro, oddly enough. I also get mostly consistent internet with good speed to my iMac, which is connected via the ethernet. I've restarted every device from the Starlink hardware (hard reset) to my switch, WAPs, and individual devices. The Starlink app says "online" and doesn't show outages or obstruction, it just doesn't result in my phone having an internet connection and my wifi setting on my iPhone usually say "no internet connection" under the wifi network in use. If it were just my wifi from the 3rd party equipment I'd assume it's something with that setup, but that shouldn't impact the wifi from the Starlink router itself, which is just as problematic. So to my limited knowledge of these things, it seems like we are getting good data to the dish but having issues with getting it to most devices. Does that suggest anything to trouble shoot? I'm still waiting on a response from Starlink support. THANKS!!
