Hello all, a long story short, We live in a remote rural area in the southern coast of Mexico. I persuaded my friend to get the starlink antenna. We were so happy when we did our first speed test we got over 200 mbps.
I told my friend that it is normal to get a few seconds of downtime once in a while. But as soon as we started to make use of the internet we started to get randomly intermittent internet service and never resumed to the previous steady speed before the failure until the starlink antenna gets restarted manually.
I told my friend to submit a report via the app but days later he got an answer that the problem was on his side.
Have any of you have experienced this problem? How did you fix it?
Thank you in advanced for any help.
It sounds like you're having some frustrating problems with sporadic performance. If everything was operating properly at first but later began to malfunction, various variables could be at play. Check your system for any recent upgrades or changes that may have an impact on performance. Furthermore, if you're working with order assignment online, ensure that the program or platform you're utilizing is entirely compatible and up to date. Sometimes, deleting your cache or altering your network settings might help stabilize your connection.

Starlink has been a game-changer in providing reliable internet access, offering a seamless connection that empowers users worldwide. However, occasional hiccups may arise, transitioning to intermittent internet connectivity. Fear not, as a simple reboot of the dishy swiftly resolves these issues, ensuring uninterrupted browsing and streaming experiences. As an Off Page SEO Expert on Upwork, I rely heavily on consistent internet connectivity to deliver top-notch service to my clients. Thankfully, with Starlink, these intermittent interruptions are easily manageable, allowing me to stay productive and connected at all times. The occasional blip is a small price to pay for the overall reliability and convenience that Starlink brings to the table.
Hi. I like to let you all know that we have solved the problem. After having done all the tests without finding the fault, we finally decided to remove the starlink wifi router and connected the network cable directly to our own router. Problem solved. The internet is stable now (with the usual brief signal outages from satellites).
