Hello, i'm new in starlink world, sorry. We bought some device like backup internet channels, when i tested it via my laptop (connected directly or through wifi) everything worked fine. I deployed it on site and plugged in to Cisco, first day everything worked, next it stopped working, i reboted starlink and problem was solved. Next couple of days everything working and last night stopped again. Unfortunately i already left that site, reboot from Starlink doesn help, port reset doesnt help, i will try to reboot router tonight... Interface up, got IP and default route... but i cannot ping starlink gateway... any ideas? somebody saw it before?
